That's why we created shindig events: a full-service, boutique catering and party-making business. From cozy dinners and cocktail fêtes to themed birthday bashes and over-the-top soirees, we love traditional with a twist, and plenty of thoughtful touches to create uniquely-inspired affairs.
Catering is the foundation of our business. Great meals start with the ingredients, which is why we hunt for the best. Using organic, farmer's market products, we create personalized menus and seasonal cocktails. My husband Sean Ryan is our Executive Chef and together we create meals made with love and a shared passion for details.
Beyond food and drink, we can coordinate every facet of your event. In addition to private parties, shindig events collaborates with brands on everything from experiential marketing and in-store cocktail parties, to large-scale corporate events.

Sean & Bethany
Sean and Bethany are the founders and owners of their boutique party making business.
Bethany grew up in North Andover, MA in a home where people gathered. Family meals and holidays were full of traditions & fun.
Sean is the Executive chef and long-time culinary professional, living out his passion through his catering business, and working as a C-level Executive for OTTO Pizza; and has consulted and managed several other restaurants in the Northshore area.
Their backgrounds taught them that life should be filled with memorable celebrations that bring people together. It was this guiding principle that inspired the two to launch their own event and catering company, shindig events, in 2009.
The two now live out their passion every day and have since garnered a high profile client list spanning New England.
In their free time, their favorite thing to do is throw parties for the nearest and dearest, hosting epic holiday celebrations, intimate showers, and fêtes filled with negronis and french fries, and birthday parties for their close ones.
Bobby is the Executive Sous Chef of shindig events.
With a restaurant industry background in both management and bartending, Bobby brings his hospitality experience to the world of parties and events. He leads the team with an infectious work ethic and specializes in making each party a fun place to be. Bobby is a masterful griller, a meticulous cocktail crafter and has a penchant for a great IPA.
